1. Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

At Precision Digitizing Store, all our products are digital files (embroidery designs, vector art, monograms, etc.). Since there is no physical shipping involved, "Delivery" refers to the availability of your download link after purchase.

• Instant Download: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an email with a link to download your purchased files. You can also access your downloads anytime from the "My Account" page on our store.

• Delivery Timeframe: In 99.9% of cases, the download link is generated instantly (within 1-2 minutes). If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

• File Formats: Our embroidery designs are typically provided in multiple formats (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX). Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your embroidery machine.

• Technical Issues: If you experience a broken link or cannot unzip the file, contact us with your order ID, and we will resend the files within 2-4 hours.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download access), we operate a strict "No Refund" policy for change of mind, accidental purchase, or file incompatibility where the product description was accurate.

However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Please read the conditions below:

A. Non-Refundable Situations (No Refund)

• You changed your mind after downloading the file.

• You purchased the wrong size or format without reading the product specifications.

• The design does not match your "expectation" of color or look (monitor vs. thread color differs).

• You no longer need the design.

B. Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit (We want to fix it!)

We will provide a free replacement or 100% store credit (no questions asked) in the following scenarios:

1. Corrupted File: You downloaded the file but your machine cannot read it, and our team confirms the file is corrupted.

2. Wrong File Sent: You ordered a 4-inch design, but we accidentally sent a 6-inch design.

3. Major Stitching Error: You stitched the design exactly as provided, and there is a proven "jump stitch" error or density issue that makes the design unusable (requires photo proof).

C. Custom Digitizing Services (If offered on the store)

If you purchased a custom digitized design (made specifically for you), no refunds are available once work has started. If you are unhappy with the preview, we will revise the design for free until you approve it.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If you believe you qualify for a replacement under Section 2(B):

4. Chargebacks

By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback with your bank because you "didn't read the format requirements" will result in permanent banning from our store and may be contested with proof of download delivery.
